What managed hosting should include in 2026

Managed hosting has become a marketing term. Here is the checklist we hold ourselves to.
Daily off-site backups with verified restores. A WAF in front of the application. Patching on a published cadence. Uptime monitoring with alerting to a human. Staging that mirrors production. TLS renewed automatically. Capacity headroom monitored monthly. And an escalation path with names on it.
